Thank you for viewing my blog. I am an award winning writer and editor covering news in the Stowe, V.T. area. My aim is to make this a space where I can easily share my work with friends, employers, and anyone else who's interested in reading about central Vermont.
A little about myself:

• Named 2008 Vermont Rookie Reporter of the Year by the Vermont Press Association.
• Chosen by the New England Press Association as one of six finalists for the 2008 New England Journalist of the Year Award.
• Won six writing awards in five categories at the 2008 New England Press Association’s Better Newspaper Contest including: best sports story (first and second place), best transportation story (first place), best human interest feature story (second place), best social issues story (third place) and best environmental story (third place).
